Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a governed data foundation for deliveries, share, volume, pricing, portfolio, and financials.
  • Model and integrate data from multiple systems, ensuring data quality and clear ownership.
  • Design and deliver self-service dashboards for commercial, portfolio, and financial insights at various levels.
  • Automate recurring reports to provide leadership with a current, decision-ready view.
  • Automate consolidation, reconciliation, reporting, and data preparation to enable a touchless cycle.
  • Embed automated data-quality, compliance, and exception checks.
  • Deliver deeper analytics, including portfolio, profitability, pricing, and scenario analysis.
  • Develop predictive models and apply modern AI tooling.
  • Create reusable, well-documented tools like pricing calculators, planning models, and trackers.
  • Champion a tool-first, teaching-led model to enable self-service.
  • Translate channel priorities into digital solutions and align with regional transformation roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Data, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics).
  • Relevant professional experience building data, business-intelligence, or automation solutions, ideally supporting finance or financial services.
  • Strong SQL and hands-on data modeling skills.
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with a modern data platform (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Experience building or maintaining data pipelines.
  • Automation skills using Python and/or low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Platform).
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business questions into data solutions.
  • Ability to work with imperfect, real-world data.
  • Clear communicator skilled in simplifying complex data for non-technical users.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in captive finance, banking, leasing, automotive, or equipment finance.
  • Familiarity with financial and commercial concepts (P&L, pricing and spread, portfolio and credit metrics).
  • Predictive or statistical modeling and machine-learning experience.
  • Experience applying AI (e.g., large language models, agents, copilots) to finance or analytics workflows.
  • Experience with data governance, controls, or audit tooling.
  • A technical builder who enjoys making data usable and automating manual tasks.
  • Product-minded, building reusable, documented, and adopted tools.
  • Curious and analytical, digging for the 'why'.
  • Business-minded, connecting technology to improved decisions.
  • Collaborative, working closely with team leads, analysts, and transformation partners.
