Your Role

  1. Preparation of Income statement, Balance Sheet & other divisional & group reports on monthly basis and make sure that the financial reporting and accounting practices / processes are in line with ‘The Way We Do Things’.

  2. Support business controller in reporting and planning process, CRM / BRM preparation, Balance sheet reviews etc. & also take corrective actions.

  3. Calculation of monthly cost per hour and preparation of variance analysis reports to management.

  4. To support the local managers in their decision-making process with high quality input and Local Scorecards

  5. To provide good tools and analysis in time to the management to support our ambitious targets for growth and profitability. 

  6. Monitor Accounts Receivables to ensure prompt payment from customers (internal)

  7. To implement the procedures for overdue accounts analysis and reminders & undertake regular reporting to management.

  8. To assist in the implementation of Group standard processes and tools, including process improvement & alignment.

  9. To uphold a good internal control environment and ensure continued compliance with the external and internal audit requirements.

  10. Participation in various projects (say SAP related) for accounting & reporting related requirement

  11. Other accounting, business & reporting work as required.

To succeed you will need 

Skills & Requirement

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Power BI & data modelling is preferred
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Proven analytical ability
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Good communications & co-ordination skills

Knowledge/ Educational requirements

  • Accounting degrees like CA, CMA / CWA, Diploma IFRS (ACCA) etc.
  • Good knowledge of local Accounting Rules and Regulations.
