As a Finance Operations Expert II in Bengaluru, India, you will leverage your deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes to drive operational excellence, standardization, and automation. You will analyze performance, identify risks, lead root cause analysis, and collaborate across countries to ensure high standards of service quality, compliance, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence initiatives across the O2C area, ensuring stable and efficient service delivery.
- Own the analysis of KPIs, SLAs and operational performance trends, proactively identifying risks and driving actions before service levels are impacted.
- Lead root cause analyses, corrective action, and recovery plans for complex operational issues.
- Drive standardization and promote global ways of working across markets and countries.
- Act as a key escalation point for operational challenges and coordinate solutions with stakeholders and service providers.
- Lead complex country escalations and coordinate resolution with key stakeholders.
- Lead Business Verification (BV) testing by validating new process scenarios and providing structured operational recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and operational excellence supporting Ingka's lower-cost agenda.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on Efficiency, Experience and Effectiveness.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to the Service Manager, Global Process Teams and Digital to influence future improvements.
- Coach and develop Finance Operations Experts by sharing knowledge, best practices and operational expertise.
- Represent OSS in governance meetings, operational reviews and stakeholder discussions when required.
- Provide expert guidance within areas such as Sales Reconciliation, Receivables, Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Management and Customer Master Data.
- Support the successful expansion of new in-house O2C services, including SAREC OMNI operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve store responsiveness and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with global O2C standards, controls and governance.
Requirements
- University degree and 6–7 years of relevant Finance experience, or a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and end-to-end Finance operations.
- Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, operational performance management and governance.
- Proven experience leading root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement, standardization, automation and operational excellence.
- Experience collaborating across countries, shared service providers, digital teams and global process organizations.
