Responsibilities

- Uphold the highest quality in repairs and servicing.
- Partner closely with branch leadership to monitor service standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems in field conditions.
- Document all maintenance and service activities thoroughly.
- Engage proactively with clients on-site, providing expert advice and fostering strong professional relationships.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and participate in safety and technical training programs.
Requirements
- Trade qualification(s) within electrical disciplines.
- Unwavering commitment to safety standards and adherence to compliance protocols.
- Flexibility for on-call or after-hours support.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to completing service tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining transparent and timely communication.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with electricity network providers, heavy industry sectors such as mining, manufacturing, or production assembly is advantageous.
- Previous hands-on experience in workshop or repair environments, complemented by practical problem-solving skills.
- Forklift certification will be considered an asset.
