Responsibilities

  • Uphold the highest quality in repairs and servicing.
  • Partner closely with branch leadership to monitor service standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems in field conditions.
  • Document all maintenance and service activities thoroughly.
  • Engage proactively with clients on-site, providing expert advice and fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and participate in safety and technical training programs.

Requirements

  • Trade qualification(s) within electrical disciplines.
  • Unwavering commitment to safety standards and adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Flexibility for on-call or after-hours support.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to completing service tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining transparent and timely communication.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience or familiarity with electricity network providers, heavy industry sectors such as mining, manufacturing, or production assembly is advantageous.
  • Previous hands-on experience in workshop or repair environments, complemented by practical problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift certification will be considered an asset.
