Responsibilities
- Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products.
- Provide on-site technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose issues and resolve or escalate within set timelines.
- Follow safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
- Prepare service reports and give accurate feedback.
- Manage service notifications, work orders, and documentation.
- Participate in on-call support and respond to emergencies.
- Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Comply with customer site rules and company policies.
- Complete administrative tasks, training, and duties as assigned.
