Tetra Pak is seeking a strategic Facility Management Business Partner for their South America operations, based in Monte Mor, Brazil. This role involves partnering with operational business units to deliver integrated facility services, real estate, and site sustainability solutions, working closely with external service partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic One FREM business partnering to support and guide key stakeholders with value-adding solutions.
- Strengthen the integration of external strategic partners with business stakeholders to support the OneFREM strategy and IFS service outcomes.
- Ensure alignment across FREM functions (WEX/RE, Site sustainability & IFS) with key Tetra Pak stakeholders for holistic cross-functional reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Secure and mature the collaborative contract model, managing and developing strategic relationships to ensure key outcomes and accountability.
- Oversee IFS-related projects delivered by external partners within the geographical scope, interfacing with internal stakeholders during scoping and delivery phases.
- Ensure best-in-class service excellence, driving quality and continuous improvement of FREM service outcomes.
- Drive improved value and cost efficiency of FREM services through demand, sourcing, and service management in cooperation with external partners.
- Manage and deliver all IFS-related costs within the South America Area (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru) in line with forecasting and budget.
- Drive sustainable cost-saving initiatives, innovative quality improvements, and simplification strategies with external collaborators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of broad and solid experience in Facility Management, working in corporate support roles or across multiple countries/businesses globally.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong ability to build strategic relationships, both internally and externally, with excellent strategic communication skills in complex organizational structures.
- Proven leadership and Business Partner experience, preferably within Facility Management, including communication with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience in change management with a focus on Facility Management, implementing and managing FM service excellence.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated financial and business acumen within a Facility Management environment, including OPEX/CAPEX portfolio structures.
- Agile, flexible, and professional business approach, demonstrating dynamic, productive, and effective performance overall.
- Excellence in stakeholder management, external FM partnerships, and communication is essential, with a collaborative and professional approach aligned with Tetra Pak's policies, strategies, and objectives in Facility Management, Real Estate/Workplace, and Sustainability.
- Ability to act as a change agent in a complex matrix environment, with a structured and pragmatic approach.
- Strong service and communication orientation, with a customer-focused mindset and strong results orientation.
Desired Qualifications
- A postgraduate degree or Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Spanish is a plus.
