Responsibilities
- Contribute through planning, design, and modification of facilities assets, including office spaces, laboratories, and manufacturing areas.
- Apply engineering principles to solve real-world challenges in infrastructure, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
- Participate in projects at various stages (initiation, design, planning, execution) alongside experienced professionals.
- Gain exposure to building systems such as chilled water, heating water, hazardous exhaust, electrical distribution, specialty gases, fire protection, and building automation systems.
- Assist in evaluating system performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing upgrades.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring facility systems meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Gain experience in CAD software, data analysis, and technical reporting.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering
- Zero (0) years of related experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior internship experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
