Job Description

As a Business Assistant in Technology, you will support senior leaders and the team in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage your expertise to manage complex schedules, co-ordinate and plan and ensure seamless operations. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, including meetings, calls, and event coordination
  • Help plan and execute team events and socials
  • Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Handle client interactions and department scheduling efficiently.
  • Collaborate with support groups and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation.
  • Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks.
  • Integrate into the business, understanding priorities and expectations.
  • Partner with assistants across teams for coverage as needed.
  • Contribute to projects, presentations, and training initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Confluence.
  • Strong client handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in diary management and prioritization.
  • Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven approach to tasks.
  • High technical capabilities and system navigation skills.
  • Awareness of expense systems and cost control.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and effective time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to understand and navigate through the bank’s systems and procedures
