Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance operations and documentation review for imported and exported parts.
- Track real-time changes in tariffs, trade agreements, and relevant policies to ensure 100% compliant customs clearance.
- Lead the design and improvement of transport packaging solutions for parts, balancing protection and cost-efficiency.
- Reduce packaging costs through material optimization and dimensional adjustments.
- Ensure domestic and overseas logistics operations deliver samples to customers on time.
- Coordinate and follow up on material delivery status for projects to ensure timely delivery to WHT.
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of project logistics operational processes for efficiency and cost savings.
- Check monthly logistics expenses, complete payments, and update monthly reports.
- Write and update logistics system documentation.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end customs clearance operations and documentation review.
- Knowledge of tariffs, trade agreements, and relevant policies.
- Experience in designing and improving transport packaging solutions.
- Ability to balance protection and cost-efficiency in packaging.
- Experience with domestic and overseas logistics operations.
- Familiarity with project logistics coordination and follow-up.
- Experience in process improvement and optimization for logistics operations.
- Experience in managing and reporting on logistics expenses and payments.
- Ability to write and update system documentation.
