This role is responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining solutions focused on Microsoft Windows environments and Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems. Responsibilities
- Develop scripts and utilities using Microsoft Windows tools to automate routine system tasks.
- Apply basic configurations and support to Symantec DLP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple technical issues in Microsoft Windows environments under supervision.
- Assist in updating documentation for Windows and DLP processes and solutions.
- Participate in team code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating system administration and scripting.
- Fundamental knowledge of Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and configurations.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for Windows environments.
- Basic skills in technical documentation and following established coding standards.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Client (optional but valuable)
- Symantec Data Loss Prevention Technical Specialist (optional but valuable)
