Responsibilities
- Lead project execution according to company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, and health, safety, and environment requirements.
- Design switchgear according to specific electrical engineering requirements.
- Update major solution designs and answer customer inquiries regarding products.
- Design new schemes based on market requirements, extend product functions, and optimize original designs.
- Support design scheme confirmation before contract receiving and write electrical and digital technical documentation.
- Cooperate in production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical automation, electronic and information engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- At least two years of working experience for switchgear.
- Good command of power system knowledge and MV switchgear technology on manufacture process and standards.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and willing to take on additional tasks.
- Strong learning ability and pragmatic spirit with a positive attitude under pressure.

- Contribute to the Distribution Solutions division in China.
