- Convert qualified leads to Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Opportunities in Salesforce.
- Nurture early-stage prospects and disqualify non-viable leads.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns using account lists, intent data, and segmentation.
- Engage prospects through calls, email, and digital touchpoints.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and buying intent.
- Position solutions and route opportunities to Field Sales or Channel partners.
- Support quoting, follow-up, and early-stage deal progression.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity records.
- Build pipeline aligned to regional and global revenue targets.
- Advance opportunities through early funnel stages.
- Support upsells, cross-sell, and repeat sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, and RevOps for lead quality and campaign outcomes.
- Provide feedback on lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights.
- Adhere to global management processes, routing rules, and handoff standards.
- Use Salesforce as the system of record for lead, opportunity, and activity management.
- Leverage the digital sales technology stack, including ZoomInfo, Gong.ai, and Seismic.
- Follow global digital sales playbooks, governance standards, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training, product education, and digital sales enablement programs.
Requirements
- Ability to drive global eCommerce adoption by identifying barriers and enabling Sales and Customer Service to migrate customers from assisted to self‑service channels.
- Ability to partner with Sales and Customer Service leadership to align adoption actions with customer readiness, regional maturity, and account ownership.
- Ability to share structured feedback on adoption friction with DCX Product and eCommerce teams.
- Ability to respond to inbound, marketing‑generated leads within defined SLAs.
- Ability to qualify leads using established qualification frameworks and lifecycle criteria.
- Ability to convert qualified leads to Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Opportunities in Salesforce.
- Ability to nurture early‑stage prospects through digital engagement until sales‑ready; disqualify non‑viable leads with clear rationale and accurate data.
- Ability to execute targeted outbound campaigns focused on long‑tail, under‑penetrated, and strategic accounts.
- Ability to leverage account lists, intent data, and segmentation provided by Marketing and RevOps.
- Ability to engage prospects through outbound calls, email, and digital touchpoints aligned to campaign priorities.
