Responsibilities
- Manage and update the digital content catalog to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Input and manage metadata for various content types, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
- Keep a track of all activities performed for the day.
- Work within the team and take ownership in various activities.
- Actively participate in calibration, team hurdles, and share suggestions.
- Pay attention to the daily process and share challenges with supervisors for improvement.
- Verify accuracy of errors, remove duplicates, and classify errors according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
- French certified (B1)
- Strong written and verbal communication in French along with English.
- Graduate in any stream
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Attention to detail & flexible to work in various workflows.
- Open to learn new tools and technologies.
- Willingness to work on repetitive work on day to day basis.
Desired Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in French and English with respect to complex technical instructions and concepts
- Highly passionate about Digital content specially Movies/Shows/Series.
- Active user of OTT platforms.
- Familiarity with global movies/TV shows sources like IMDb.
