As a Digital Associate, you will create high-quality written content for videos/images and label objects in audio, image, and video files. This role involves performing annotation tasks, potentially participating in data collection, and maintaining high internal quality through audits and feedback, while meeting daily productivity targets.

Responsibilities

  • Perform simple annotation-related tasks in a narrow ML data process area (e.g., audio, image, and/or video-file) using internal tools.
  • May participate in data collection activities following provided scripts and instructions.
  • Apply language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic rules to ensure generated text adheres to proper grammar and syntax.
  • Maintain high internal quality by performing quality audits/verification.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Track queries related to annotation/data collection and share them with stakeholders.
  • Track daily task completion status and provide individual status reports.
  • Adhere to confidentiality & compliance requirements.
  • Help test new SOPs and ML data tools.
  • Provide specific & timely feedback to streamline existing processes and improve results.

Requirements

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
