  • Perform daily quality checks as per established guidelines.
  • Report deviations accurately.
  • Understand and ramp up on testing procedures, guidelines, and policies for new devices.
  • Execute test cases for apps, services, or devices.
  • Review new test and work instructions, and share knowledge.
  • Deep dive into app features and core functionalities.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Log bugs/failures related to test execution and quality mechanisms.
  • Track resolution per service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Learn manual device and application test procedures and use applicable software/tools.
  • Use software tools for validation, analysis, and data capture.
  • Capture results, communicate and escalate failures, and provide status reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge in language, vocabulary, grammar, and contextual information.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
