Autoliv is looking for a Development and Application Project Manager to join their China Tech Centre (CTC). This role involves managing project schedules, costs, communication, and risks throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Build a project team and develop/update the project plan.
- Assign tasks to team members and follow up on their completion.
- Control product cost during Phase 0 to Phase 4 and confirm product price.
- Organize and hold regular project meetings to communicate progress, cost, quality, and risks.
- Report project progress on time.
- Identify and propose solutions for project risks, including cost increases and schedule delays.
- Manage risks through closed-loop management: identify, analyze, take corrective actions, track results, and close problems.
- Coordinate scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, risk, and procurement.
- Understand customer needs and make corresponding requests to the project team.
- Assist management in organizing work improvement meetings.
- Analyze and solve problems encountered in daily project management.
