This role is for a Designer in Bangalore with 8-12 years of experience in Linux, Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift, and OpenStack. The candidate must have Red Hat and CCNA certifications and be based in Bangalore for on-demand office visits to the Data Center.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in OpenShift Container Platform administration, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts, architectures, and APIs.
- Experience with Docker containers and container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and administration.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, switch configuration.
- Understanding of storage technologies and their integration with OpenShift.
- Awareness of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift, and OpenStack.
- Certification from Red Hat.
- CCNA certification.
- Must be stationed in Bangalore for 3-5 days/on demand office visit.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist (RHCS): Red Hat OpenShift Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with OpenShift Dedicated or other cloud-based OpenShift deployments.
- Experience with Ansible or other automation tools, Python, Terraform.
