Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive data validation initiatives to ensure the highest quality standards across Information Capability.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify, investigate, and help developers resolve critical issues before they impact business.
- Transform manual processes into intelligent, scalable automated solutions that drive efficiency.
- Champion quality assurance by representing the QA team in release coordination activities.
- Maintain strict adherence to NQS (quality standards) processes throughout the development lifecycle.
- Monitor and track key metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure full compliance.
- Act as the central coordination point between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Requirements
- Computer Engineering, Engineering BSc or other relevant fields.
- Quality obsession problem solver with an eagle eye for detail and a passion for ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- An Automation Enthusiast who leverages AI and automation to transform traditional testing approaches.
- Natural Collaborator who coordinates across teams and knows how to keep everyone aligned toward a common goal.
- Self Starter who is proactive in identifying potential issues before they become problems.
- Snowflakes, SQL & PLSQL Proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and solution deriving mindset.
- Ability to work cohesively in a time-critical and stringent schedule.

- Experience working with QA engineering for Capital and Credit Data Foundation.
- Experience in delivering great quality data products that enable business processes with large financial and strategic impact.
