Job description 

Essential Job Functions

  • Chatbot Development and Maintenance:
    • Analyze business requirements in collaboration with business.
    • Discover, Assess, build prototypes, proof of concepts and propose use cases
    • Collaborate with developers and designers to create, deploy, and maintain chatbots.
    • Regularly update chatbot scripts and responses to improve user interactions.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze data related to chatbot interactions and user behavior.
    • Use data insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for chatbot enhancements.
  • User Feedback Management:
    • Gather user feedback and complaints related to chatbot performance.
    • Address user concerns and work on improvements based on feedback.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor chatbot performance metrics, such as response time, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
    • Implement strategies to optimize these metrics.
  • Chatbot Training and Integration:
    • Train chatbots to understand and respond to new user queries and industry-specific knowledge.
    • Integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular quality assurance testing to ensure the chatbot's responses align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
  • User Training and Support:
    • Train end-users and internal staff on how to effectively use the chatbot.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users as needed.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain documentation related to chatbot processes, updates, and improvements.
    • Create user guides and training materials.
  • Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure chatbots adhere to relevant legal, security, and compliance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

Standard Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 8+ years of applicable IT Experience
    • Minimum 8 years of related experience in automation, business analysis, data & analytics,

    • Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP), Generative AI/ChatGPT and machine learning concepts.

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data.

    • Experience with chatbot development platforms and tools.

    • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) may be beneficial.

    • Excellent communication skills to gather user feedback and interact with developers and users.

    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing chatbot needs.

    • Familiarity with AI and chatbot industry trends and best practices.

Language

The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Specific Job Positing:

  • Good Coordination, Presentation and Communication skills
  • Experience in performing opportunity assessment to identify use cases for Chatbots
  • Experienced working with global business stakeholders and multiple IT teams.
  • Ability to understand business processes and help optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Experience with specific chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Aisera, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson Assistant).
  • Certification in AI, machine learning, or chatbot development.
  • Experience with life sciences, health care or medical device industry
