Content Specialist
The Role
We are looking for a savvy content specialist to drive and develop content that adds velocity to sales and accelerates adoption while signaling brand values. As a content specialist tagged to the product marketing division, you will work within a team that sits at the intersection of customer, product, and sales. You will own and drive the creation of high-value content assets that live on the web, are shared as a part of the sales process, and/or circulated to drive product adoption.
To ensure success as a content specialist, you should show a keen eye for detail and a willingness to drive content projects end to end. A skilled content specialist should be an expert storyteller and possess excellent creative writing capabilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the product marketing team to ideate and define content goals.
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant, appealing, and impactful.
- Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
- Creating content for a variety of platforms including website and sales enablement, and blog. Typical content formats include landing pages, campaign pages, competitive pages, one-pagers, datasheets, ebooks, and similar.

- Coordinating with the product marketing and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of content assets.
- Tracking content performance and generating reports and presentations.
- Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in content and technology.
Requirements
- Apart from creative chops, an ideal candidate is someone who has an athlete’s mentality. They take charge, self-skill, and constantly work on leveling up - their own capabilities or those that make the team. They are comfortable operating by themselves but step in to collaborate and enable others just as readily. They care about ensuring focus, actively tracking progress, and taking on tasks that align with their goals.
- Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar
