We are looking for a CNC Operator with at least 3 years of experience in mechanical production or CNC machining. Responsibilities include operating CNC equipment, inspecting parts using precision instruments, and ensuring safe work practices. The role is full-time and on-site in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain machine, tooling, and parts in optimal production condition.
  • Operate two or more machine tools simultaneously per shift, completing production tasks with quality and quantity.
  • Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by following all safety regulations.
  • Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability.
  • Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of settings and detect malfunctions using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and dial calipers.
  • Adjust machine settings to control the part process.
  • Perform first part inspection with quality assurance and inspect workpieces throughout the production run.
  • Ensure the machine is running correctly to avoid costly damage.

Requirements

  • Major in mechanical production or CNC machine.
  • Vocational school graduate or above, with a major in mechanical production or machining.
  • Minimum of 3 years of operating CNC machines.
  • Ability to understand drawings.
  • Ability to operate CNC equipment.
