This hybrid role involves managing a client portfolio of Large Corporate and Public Sector clients and contributing to the development of the bank's Cash Management offering.
Responsibilities
- Challenge the status quo to make a difference for clients and for Swedbank Cash Management
- Be responsible for a client portfolio consisting of Large Corporate and Public Sector clients
- Act as a trusted banking partner, understanding the needs of our clients and creating value for their businesses
- Work together with a team of highly experienced professionals
- Contribute to further strategic development of the Cash Management area and cross-regional cooperation
- Contribute to the development of the bank’s Cash Management offering in close collaboration with the product organization
- Engage with related business areas such as FX, Trade Finance, financing, e-commerce, etc
- Develop your skills as an informal leader
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, business administration, or a closely related field
- Experience in Cash Management within banking or treasury
- In-depth knowledge of Cash Management products and a broad understanding of the payments market
- Proven track record and passion for sales and proactive engagement
- Strong relationship management skills and a willingness to network extensively both within and outside the bank
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with different people in various situations
- Fluency in English and Swedish is expected, along with a solid understanding and natural interest in domestic and international Cash Management
- Ability to prioritize tasks to manage more intensive periods effectively
