Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
- Use data visualization tools like Tableau, Quicksight, or similar.
- Develop and maintain basic data artifacts such as ETL, data models, and queries.
- Gather business requirements and extract data using industry standard business intelligence tools to formulate metrics and build reports.
- Develop process to effectively maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop the vision and strategy for customer experience on our platforms.
- Influence product roadmaps based on this strategy along with your teams.
- Support the scalable growth of the company by developing and enabling the success of the Operations leadership team.
- Actively seek to implement and distribute best practices across the operation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Experience building and maintaining basic data artifacts (e.g., ETL, data models, queries)
- Experience applying basic statistical methods (e.g. regression) to difficult business problems
- Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports
- Track record of generating key business insights and collaborating with stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of how to improve code quality and optimizes BI processes (e.g. speed, cost, reliability)
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools
