We are seeking a Business Analyst in Hyderabad, India, to create and manage reports and dashboards that inform leadership decisions. This role involves converting data into business intelligence using tools like Tableau and Quicksight, analyzing large datasets with SQL and Excel, and collaborating with business teams to identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Create, support, and continuously improve reports and metrics supporting business operations.
  • Convert data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information using tools like Quicksight/Tableau.
  • Shape and deliver key metrics, reports, and indicators by which our business will assess its performance.
  • Dive deep into large data sets to answer specific business questions using Excel, SQL, and other data manipulation languages.
  • Work directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis to determine improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
  • 2+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • Experience with SQL or ETL.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with Tableau.
  • Experience using very large datasets.
