Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time, remote internship opportunity where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and develop solutions to improve efficiency. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder management, providing a solid foundation for a future career in business strategy and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives.
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Create process maps and business process models to visualize current and future state processes.
• Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the implementation of business solutions by providing documentation and training.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to project documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and test plans.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience with Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying databases.
• Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
• Understanding of process mapping and business process modeling methodologies.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
