Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and talented Backend Development Intern to join our dynamic team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This part-time, hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to real-world projects while enhancing your backend development skills. As a Backend Development Intern, you will be involved in building and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and APIs, collaborating closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. This internship is valid for a specific duration, offering hands-on experience and mentorship to help you grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, scalable, and well-documented code for backend services.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs.
• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in the backend systems.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of backend systems.
• Explore and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with software development principles and best practices.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with REST API design and development.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
