Key responsibilities-
 

1.Calling to inactive Life Advisors (LAs) from database or provided lists.

2.Coordinating with Life Advisors (LAs) for certain period to resolve their queries or issues.

3.Month on Month Target to activate the LAs.

4.Conduct follow up calls with LAs post their training process, address queries, maintaining engagement / build relationship through out  the cycle of Las activation. 

5.Reporting to the team lead and the managers post the activation of LAs.

Qualifications & Skillsets :

Education : Graduate (Any Stream)

 

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with LAs.

Exp- 1-3 yrs
