Responsibilities

  • Month-end processing and participation in a team Finance environment for timely reporting.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts as directed by the Business Controller.
  • Assist with annual/cyclical stocktaking and variance analysis.
  • Manage Fixed Assets for the customer center, including balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Responsible for regular, repetitive reporting and ad-hoc reporting as required.
  • Analyze PPV and perform standard cost updates.
  • Generate weekly freight bills by regions.
  • Review and analyze Wireless Watchdog reports and invoices.
  • Assist with the overall month-end process and reporting.
  • Update and record prokuras to meet corporate guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Accounting required (strong work experience may substitute).
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting within an industrial environment.
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good PC skills generally and advanced skills in Excel.
  • Exposure to BPCS would be an advantage.
  • Present a positive, ethical attitude whilst adhering to all internal controls.
  • Suggests improvements in Procedures and Systems.
