Responsibilities
- Perform design optimization and audit of a network to meet customer requirements.
- Engage in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance.
- Execute design, audit, and optimization of services, ensuring time, performance, and quality targets are met.
- Keep track of ongoing customer service requests and ensure concerns are addressed with the right priority.
- Analyze and troubleshoot to handle and provide support in critical and emergency cases.
- Interface and interact with relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Handle customer technical queries and ensure timely response.
- Participate in operational review meetings.
- Provide technical support to Service Delivery Managers.
- Participate and contribute during pre-sales engagement activities.
- Identify add-on sales opportunities.
- Assist in the development of a service proposal.
- Collect and detail customer requirements.
- Be exposed to technical solutions.
Requirements

- Recent graduate or final-year student in Electronics and Communications Engineer, Data engineering, Computer Science or a related field. (2025/2026 Graduate)
- Up to 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, thesis projects, student leadership roles or part-time work in planning, analytics, PMO or coordination are highly valued).
- Experience using Excel and at least one project or task planning tool (e.g. MS Project, Planner, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
