The role is expected to plan at low level, and deliver network transformation and optimization initiatives, including migrations. Also, it is expected to explore efficiency opportunities through means of simplification & automation

What you will do

Will gain knowledge Network Transformation Engineering
Enhance systems engineering and processes to accelerate execution and redesign network architecture for improved performance
Understand the Design and manage capacity for technical sites, facilities, and critical infrastructure such as Nodes, ILAs, and Data Centers
Identify and document critical infrastructure assets and maintain accurate records
Manage packet networks, including testing, development, and capacity planning
Oversee and manage centralized back-office activities for end-to-end service delivery within Colt.
Collaborate with other Service Delivery teams and key stakeholders to align shared services with organizational objectives
Provide required data analysis to support Network Development and Optimisation objectives for the wider team
Identify and correct data anomalies within source system data sets
Reporting/Analysis - Develop and publish reporting and analytics because of tested hypotheses and provide user-friendly outputs.

Passion for Data analytics/Networks combined with the ability to communicate insights to the business and senior management
Intellectually curious, you’ll also demonstrate the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels including senior executives
Strong Excel skills (Lookups, power Pivots)
Data visualisation skills specifically Qlik / Power BI/ VBA/ SQ
High attention to detail
Collaboration skills
Graduates with a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in a relevant discipline
Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to developing new technical skills
