Responsibilities
- Perform weekly payroll audits and month-end reporting.
- Ensure accuracy of data extracted from Oracle, KBace, and other reporting tools.
- Analyze, reconcile, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies.
- Support month-end, quarterly, and annual payroll tax reporting and balancing.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports, including Global HRIS billing and tax payment reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Open to a 6-month fixed-term employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting-related courses.
- 1 year of relevant experience in US Payroll.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any Payroll systems.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexibility adapting to changing priorities and work schedules.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of ADP Smart Compliance knowledge is a plus.
