Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital tools across business and finance processes.
  • Build and test AI-powered solutions, prompts, agents, dashboards, and workflow automations.
  • Analyze existing ways of working and recommend improvements through AI and data-driven approaches.
  • Support teams in adopting AI tools and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with business, finance, and IT stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions.
  • Document use cases, benefits, and lessons learned to support wider adoption of AI.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate, or taking the first steps in your professional career.
  • Studying or qualified in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Curious about AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data and exploring new tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Eager to learn and contribute in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Analytics and automation tools
