LEWA is looking for an After Sales Technician to be responsible for equipment maintenance and repair services to ensure stable customer equipment operation. The role involves collecting and reporting customer spare parts requirements and providing professional maintenance solutions. This position is based in Lianyungang and covers surrounding areas, with a requirement for a 3-6 month training in Dalian.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and diagnose equipment failures and provide repair solutions.
- Collect and provide feedback on spare parts consumption and customer demand.
- Independently disassemble, inspect, and repair equipment, and prepare maintenance reports.
- Provide professional equipment maintenance and servicing solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits to inspect equipment operating conditions.
- Collect and provide feedback on spare parts consumption and customer demand.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty within the assigned region.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as an After Sales Technician.
- Based in Lianyungang, covering Huai'an, Zaozhuang, Linyi, Rizhao, and surrounding areas.
- Must have suitable home-office conditions for remote work.
- Full-time technical secondary school diploma or above, with a major in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing production, quality assurance, or after-sales service, or a minimum of 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in the chemical industry.
- Possesses basic mechanical fitting (benchwork) skills.
- Capable of independently performing equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks after onboarding.
- Able to adapt to urgent and temporary work assignments.
- Willing to travel on short business trips.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and effectively report market and spare parts demand information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Holds a valid C2 or higher driver's license, with no record of dangerous driving or major traffic violations.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the pump industry is preferred.
- An Electrical Work Certificate is preferred.
