Responsibilities
- Support aerospace customers with technical solutions and sales.
- Manage accounts and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs in metalworking and educate them on products and capabilities.
- Coordinate interactions between technical and commercial departments.
- Prepare integrated solutions and support new product introductions.
- Respond to complex technical questions and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop and deliver training to external partners and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven expertise in cutting tools and machining applications in aerospace components.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes in metal cutting and their optimization.
- Experience in managing complex technical projects end-to-end.
- Skilled in building collaborative relationships that drive customer value.
- Good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and digital machining tools.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
- Military service completed (for male candidates).
- High willingness to travel without restrictions.
- Valid driving license class B.
- Residing in Eskişehir.
