What this job involves:   

Delivery & Process Improvement 

Evaluate existing workflows / processes and use scientific methodologies to identify enhancement opportunities. Focus on delivery strategy and vendor performance management processes. 

Collaborate with mentors to refine processes and drive continuous improvement. 

Create implementation roadmaps based on thorough analysis. 

 

Business Management 

Understand prevailing business management reviews and processes. Focussing on improvement opportunities, help the business function owners in implementing actions in overall improvement.  

Collaborate & build strategic partnerships with the key function owners and help in cross-functional collaboration & integration 

 

Customer Engagement 

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders 

Understand key customer touch points and work with the respective program owners & stakeholders and help with key data analysis & identification of improvement opportunities 

Help in analysing helpdesk tickets and customer response metrics to implement data-driven improvements 

 

Program Management 

Create overall program plans and support execution phase governance 

Establish reporting process and assist in sharing detailed progress reports till closure 

Deliver high-quality work that meet established timelines and program expectations

Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good building relationships with both clients and colleagues.  

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point). Good at preparation of reports, presentations, excel etc., and know-how of software’s 

Interpersonal skills
