About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our consulting team in Pune. This role offers a great opportunity to work on strategic projects, perform in-depth research, analyze business problems, and support client engagements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting market research, data collection, and industry analysis to support client solutions
Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
Work with senior consultants to analyze business problems and recommend actionable solutions
Support project planning, tracking, and documentation efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines
Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement
Maintain high attention to detail and ensure accuracy in deliverables

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, or related field
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or project work in consulting, analytics, or business analysis preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
