About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our consulting team in Pune. This role offers a great opportunity to work on strategic projects, perform in-depth research, analyze business problems, and support client engagements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting market research, data collection, and industry analysis to support client solutions
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with senior consultants to analyze business problems and recommend actionable solutions
  • Support project planning, tracking, and documentation efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement
  • Maintain high attention to detail and ensure accuracy in deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, or related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or project work in consulting, analytics, or business analysis preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
