You will be part of a world-class Data Engineering team, where you will:

influence product teams

collaborate with Data Science and Analytics Platform teams

partner closely with data consumers and producers to ensure quality and usefulness of data assets

You will be involved in strategizing measurement, collecting data, and generating insights.
This work will help understand and improve product experience and engagement, optimize efficiency and costs, and drive strategy.

Data Engineering is a multi-faceted role, where you can have focused or broad set of responsibilities, including:

Defining metrics

Instrumenting logging

Acquiring/ingesting data

Architecting & modeling data

Transforming data

Ensuring data quality, governance, and enablement

Alerting, visualization, and reporting

Developing at scale and improving efficiency

Minimum Qualifications / Your background:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in a STEM field

Proficiency in Python or other modern programming language development experience

Proficiency in SQL and relational databases experience

Desirable Qualifications:

Post-graduate degree (or equivalent work experience) in a STEM field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, physics, econometrics, or computer science) and 1-2 years of work experience in Data Engineering or related field

An understanding of the SaaS business model and data structures

Experience in Enterprise Software product development

We're looking for an experienced  Associate Data Engineer, Enterprise Data Platform to join our IT/Data Strategy team. Reporting to the Staff Data Engineer, you will be responsible for : Designing constructing and maintaining efficient data pipelines and integrations to address the organization's analytics and reporting needs Partnering with architects, integration, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful and reliable data solutions Identifying and source data from multiple systems, profiling datasets to ensure they support informed decision-making processes Optimizing existing pipelines and data models while creating new features aligned with business objectives and improved functionality Implementing data standards, leverage cloud and big data advancements, and use tools like Snowflake, DBT, and AWS to deliver innovative data solutions What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 0-2 years in data warehouse design, development, SQL, and data modeling with proficiency in efficient query writing for large datasets Skilled in Python for API integration, data workflows, and hands-on expertise with ELT tools (e.g., Matillion, Fivetran, DBT) Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Glue) and CI/CD processes, Git, and Snowflake concepts Knowledge of CI/CD processes, & Git. Eagerness to learn GenAI technologies Strong analytical skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
