Position Summary...

Roles and Responsibilities

Exhibit strong domain understanding and work closely with Business partners to create customer delight.
Execute on the product management problem statement by applying business knowledge and strong customer empathy.
Develops and champions a world class product vision and strategy for a product team managing multiple products.
Understand the strategy and execution of multiple projects in an Agile Environment for Product Management including product requirements.
Ensures alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision as well as team’s stakeholders.
Ensures business needs are being met. 
Partner very closely with High Performing Engineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meets customer needs and on time with quality.
Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up environment
Be an advocate of metric/data-driven decision making.
Make impact on a global scale.
Promotes and supports mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

What you'll do...

Strategy & Operations (StratOps): we are continuously raising organizational effectiveness by leading high-impact strategic programs. Our charter involves solving complex problems that require cross-functional collaboration and engagement with senior leaders across the organization. 

  • We strategize and execute horizontal programs that leverage deep competencies in respective technical and functional areas. 
  • We pave the way to future growth by cross-pollinating best practices and running cross-functional strategic programs. 
  • We focus on tech initiatives, program management and tech skill enablement & learning, in addition to working with leadership on long-range strategic planning and companywide initiatives. 

 And, we're now looking for a strong Program Manager intern to join our team, and that could be you! 

 Do you have an experience >2 years? Do you enjoy facilitating and executing complex technical initiatives across the enterprise? Do you want to work on building organization capabilities? Do you want to help us reimagine the future of Retail? 

 You will collaborate and work with stratops leaders in executing enterprise-level strategy & operations programs to successful outcomes. You need to be extremely comfortable working with leaders as well as collaborating with peers at all levels across our global organization. You will need well-honed deep analytical and assimilation skills, possess extraordinary ability to influence key stakeholders and be extremely articulate with written and oral communication skills. And you need to be able to handle agile and fast paced work environment.
