Responsibilities:

Learn all the key steps of test development for production release of new products, including generating test plan, design test hardware and software, etc.

Work with people from different function groups to solely manage assigned projects, supported by mentorship

Support engineering evaluation / investigation projects

Coordinate engineering teams to solve testing related issues

Perform data collection and analysis to support engineering evaluation / investigation projects including documenting and publishing summary reports in PowerPoint

 

 

Qualifications:

BSEE or MSEE degree

Proficient with analyzing electrical circuits

Basic understanding of semiconductor devices working theory

Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills

Experienced in statistical data analysis using Excel

Comfortable working with and learning new bench instruments

Basic programming skills in C, C++, or VBA

Quick learner of process, new technical knowledge and skills

Effective verbal and written communication

Team player with a strong sense of driving to meet project schedule

Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ products - Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
