The HR IT Time and Attendance System Sr Analyst provides the business with meaningful metrics, reporting and predictive analytics into key strategic issues related to labor and workforce management.  This position will have primary responsibility as our in-house UKG Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions Platform expert but will also cover other HR/Time & Attendance platforms. This position acts as liaison between IT, Operations, HR, and Payroll to ensure systems are meeting or exceeding business requirements. This role will require application configuration, interface, testing, deployment, and policy integration. This is a visible individual contributor role which will require both technical acumen as well as exceptional interpersonal and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions Platform (timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting) for all locations across the enterprise, and assist managing critical activities including system upgrades, user acceptance testing and rollouts.
  • Analyze business needs and the impact of proposed configuration changes and make recommendations to leadership.
  • Understand the Honeywell’s strategic and operating plans as they relate to management of the workforce and standardization.
  • Ability to deliver to planned technology roadmaps.
  • Ability to deliver best-in-class technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage IT relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicate analysis and insights to leaders by summarizing conclusions, translating analytics into clear, understandable themes, and identify analytics that drive actionable insights.
  • Ensure system configuration and integrations are kept current and reflect changes and process improvements.
  • Ensure system configuration supports business priorities and adjust as necessary.
  • Understand and administer the standard process for identifying changes which impact systems.
  • Provide ad-hoc data requests using SQL interface, development, and script execution.
  • Work with end user community to ensure system provides appropriate solutions.
  • Is a disciplined problem solver, eager to uncover effective solutions.
  • Can draw conclusions and make recommendations from large and/or incomplete data sets.
  • May serve as a change agent to identify the organizational improvements needed, design systems to implement those improvements, and train / motivate others to use the systems.
  • Understand the vendor technology roadmaps and assess how they can be applied to meet Honeywell needs or operational efficiency.
  • May be responsible for input to developing cost analysis, design considerations, resource impacts, and implementation timeline.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years UKG Workforce Management experience (Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions).
  • SQL experience and an understanding of database design principles.
  • Understanding in HR and Payroll processes.
