We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining systems, links, and escalating issues. You will monitor alerts in Business Alert Management or other monitoring tools and report incidents to the Incident Manager. Communication is an important part of this role as you will engage with various teams and partners for incident resolution. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic improvement and risk mitigation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are required for this role. Weekend working is also necessary due to 24/7 coverage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintenance of Systems, Links and Escalation of issues.
  • Monitor alerts in Business Alert Management (BAM) or other monitoring tools
  • Identify and report business/client/technology impacting incidents which warrant escalation to the Incident Manager
  • Engage with LOB Management, Production Support and other Technical support groups to resolve and remediate alerts
  • and incidents.
  • Engage all Partners for incident resolution and communication - Operations ,Technology teams and management
  • Notify upstream and downstream impacted operation managers of business impact.
  • Initial escalation of incident to the relevant senior manager operations manager
  • Advance the automation of Command Center functions
  • Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks
  • Provide complete information from current shift to partner sites during handover. 

Required Skills, Experience & Qualification:

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills.
  • Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience of working as part of a Global team.
  • Demonstrates accountability and concern for quality of work.
  • Weekend working as the process involves 24/7 Coverage
