Primary Responsibilities:

  • Update existing and create new business documentation according to specified timelines
  • Review & write documentation (SOP/PI’s) for clarity, content, and consistency with established department standards and ensure compliance with business rules
  • Collaborate with Senior Documentation staff and/or business partners for instruction, guidance, or direction
  • Proactively manage task assignments or documentation projects to due dates, and report status
  • Facilitate small to mid-size documentation efforts
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to review, resolve conflict with, and/or approve documentation, and report status
  • Be able to make recommendations for content/format improvements
  • Be able to make recommendations for department or business partner process improvements
  • Perform research required to update/develop documentation
  • Publish documentation according to established protocol
  • Assist leadership with business issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed established business MBOs of quality and speed to delivery
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate
  • 1+ years of writing experience
  • Intermediate in MS Word and HTML coding

Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality.
