JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Analytics professional to join our sales team. He/She will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing our sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. This role plays a crucial part in helping us make informed decisions and drive our sales efforts. Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable working at CEO / Director Level (internal and external customer). Roles & Responsibilities - Key Skills Collect, consolidate, and clean sales data from various sources. Analyze historical sales data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Update Sales Forecasting model on regular basis Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, win rates, and sales pipeline and come with relevant actions. Collaborate with sales front-end teams to develop data-driven sales strategies. Assist in setting sales targets and goals based on data analysis for each function. Boost productivity, efficiency, and the overall impact that the sales team has on business performance. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from the sales and executive teams, providing insights to support decision-making.
