Description
Responsibility:
· Provide L2/L3 support for an Oracle Retail Xstore POS.
· Coordinate software system technical procedures, programming, technical testing and documentation
· Help in triaging the tickets and address the tickets on their priority.
· Collaborate with Development teams & third party integrations for successful addressing of the issues & testing them.
· Monitor the XStore POS system and generate reports on the health of the system
· Help in the code promotion to Production
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
· 6-8 years’ experience implementing Oracle Retail/Xstore (v.19 will be highly considered)
· Have Good Knowledge of Xstore Development framework (Opchain config, Report Config, Service Handller, Auth Config)
· Good knowledge of implementing and/or supporting RTlog generator
· Have good knowledge on Integration with 3rd Party application
· Working with Application Servers – preferably WebLogic
· Prepare and execute unit/system test scripts to verify business logic of new or modified programs and mitigate post implementation failures;
· Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Development;
· Working with relational databases (DBMS Oracle mandatory);
· Working with Web Service, REST Web Api
