| Candidate should possess strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC |
| Candidate should have good experience towards Agile projects and processes. |
| Candidate should be able to Demo the user stories to the Scrum Master |
| Candidate should have worked in Implementation , Stabilization and Maintenance phases. |
| Candidate must be able to convert business scenarios into test cases. |
| Candidate should have worked on System Integration, System and End to End testing. |
| Candidate should be able to effectively estimate the testing effort for a particular user story |
| ISTQB certification is an added advantage. |
| Candidate should be able to identify and document defects efficiently |
| Candidate should have good exposure towards Test and Project Management tools like JIRA, Rally etc. |
| INS 21 certification is an added advantage. |
| Candidate should have good exposure towards Web service testing |
| Should have experience on Guidewire ClaimCenter |
