·         Research on market size, trends, potential market opportunity and forecast future market

·         Collaborates with internal and external customers to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions

·         Good communication / presentation skills; able to present decks for the BU leadership for internal/ external meetings

·         Good on client facing skills; driving discussion with CxO organisations

·         Need extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time

·         Capable of communicating with team members, clients, and external vendors, so they exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Need to be excellent problem-solvers, able to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations
