To underwrite corporate finance business and manage the portfolio in assigned area .

 

o Support and co-partner with business teams to manage end to end credit approval for the designated region
o Underwrite cases and present to senior level
o Authorize deviations raised and documented by underwriters in compliance with credit policy.
o Finalize review of credit memos, prepared by underwriters, and approval/ decline sign-offs on every file after checking for documentation requests.
o Approve all disbursement requests on the basis of achieved adherence to requirements on agreement value, full documentation attainment at the branch level.
o Monitor and oversee PDD management and ensure timely completion of personal discussion documents through customer visits in high value cases.
o Oversee and initiate follow-ups with external vendors (FI, Legal & Technical valuations) to ensure timely query resolution/ report submission and eliminate any undue/ non-process related delays.
o Co-ordinate with the recoveries team and generate business insights.
o Lead a team of credit approvers to ensure portfolio quality and delinquencies.
o Engage in development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team and improving upon processing efficiency of the HUB
o Ensure due diligence in credit analysis, customer application screening, evaluation, underwriting and sanctioning of loan.
o Evolve underwriting norms customized to the local market needs and ensure continued enhancement and execution of consumer credit risk strategy.

MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/ CA or Equivalent

POSITION PURPOSE: Lead with purpose Vegetable Seed production programme in production locations as Business demands Accountable to contract, grow and deliver assigned seed production program from field to plant, meeting required quality, volumes, cost and delivery times Successfully manage and develop teams, relationships with growers, labor contractors keeping alignment with internal teams Manage all aspects of safety and compliance, contractual agreements, propose grower pricing and contract guidelines and strategies   YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Selects suitable production windows, locations and growers for assigned production plan Select and trainings to Field Technicians to manage crops Grower Pricing Review Process – works with peer area production managers, planning and finance to follow a standardized process to review grower pricing strategies and reduce financial exposure. Aim for competitive Base Rates and align with CPMs Accountable and responsible for maintaining grower relationship including negotiation of grower contracts, conciliation of all production issues. Prepares and signs all grower contracts following established clauses. Verify all grower settlements. focus on increase existing grower production capacity, develop mega growers and reduce dependency on external sources Crop management, harvest, and delivery – ensure all stages of crop cycle, from sowing to pre-cleaning operations are executed and managed by local production team, ensure that all production data is reported accurately and on time Execute the strategy to improve reliability for Phase IV, Phase V production Act & support team members who are local SPS, align with Global SPS, provide details & guidelines by variety. Impart necessary trainings to teams & farmers on PR farm/ grower fields Ensure timely field inspections with Field Quality and local NPPO to obtain required phytosanitary certificates Manage operational expenses, grower costs and CAPEX within company targets Support to Internal and external audits, develop and maintain documentation process and ensure maximum accuracy & timely actions Responsible for timely grower settlements. Coordinate / support to resolve any issue with grower /vendor Partner with Pre-Commercial Team for all seed production related to Phase IV grown in area. Organize grower training sessions and season end meetings Production Data and Analysis - review quantity, quality, cost and timeliness data. Address areas for improvement, simplification, optimization or expansion of our business, including Grower Performance analysis Ensure compliance of internal and external programs in our operations including HSE, Human Rights, FCPA, QMS, CSP, CSR, GSPP, etc Accountable for self and team development Innovation. Work with Production Research personnel to identify and address projects to improve reliability, quality, and/or cost Support to PH 4 production activities Coordination of DIA field visits and documentation   WHO YOU ARE: B.Sc Agriculture (M.Sc. Agriculture preferable) with 5+ years’ experience in seed industry.
