Job Description

The selected consulta nt will be required to support for:
To develop overall logical schematics using CAPTIAL as per vehicle architecture requirements
To capture connector requirements through CDS Sheet for HV Aggregates along with aggregate owner and supplier
To conform for D ifferent HV Connector child parts with supplier and verify validation status of these parts
To release W/H Design in PLM as per t he process -new releases and ECNs
To work with Vehicle Integration team for issues resolutions during digital mock up reviews (DM U) and resolve DVLO issues
To resolve issue during development and field failure resolutions
To develop 3D detailing and layo ut as per vehicle Locations provided
To verify layout and routing based on Design Guidelines /check list
To create connectors 3D as per supplier inputs and interfaces verification -Child part library creation
To support in schematics design and releases, 2D and 3D Drawing releases, Expert in RCA methodologies, WH Simulations,VAVE ActivitiesPreferred Skills & Knowledge
Hands on experience on CATIA
DMU Reviews for digital validation
PLM Design releases
W/H Simulation tools
Issues resolution usin g Quality tools like 8D, FTA etc
Schematics generations, WH Routing and Layout in CATIA,DMU Reviews,PLM Releases
5-6 years' experience in HV W/H 3D, Routing /Layout, DMU, 2D Design
HV W/H test methodologies and test procedures -Bench /System /Veh icle level
Test standards and validation techniques for HV Harness
Understanding of PPAP Process and supplier audits
