What this job involves:

  • Required Candidate will be operating from JLL mandated project site
  • Should have a background of working in real estate – developer for 2 years +
  • Creating channel partner reach for specific projects
  • Candidate will be engaged in Business development, handling site visits, negotiations and transaction closure
  • Proactively engage in business development activities for the vertical selected for
  • These activities need to be undertaken through research, intel, networking, internet, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
  • Setting up meetings with key decision makers to introduce JLL and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Support the transactions advisory team to effectively execute  and conclude  transactions
  • Ensure timelessness and accuracy of deliverables , client service delivery and engagement-calls, meetings, site-visits, follow –up , timely submission of Company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase
  • Develop business models and projections on the basis of understanding of the market dynamics and Client business
  • Articulate and present reports /deliverables in required detail to the client
  • Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry(both  investment and development side of real estate)

Together with the building manager, you will monitor the invoices for technical services rendered. Aside from these, you’ll keep an eye out on the maintenance practices of our contractors to ensure that their scope of work is aligned with manufacturer recommendations and our own preventive maintenance standards. You’ll also oversee the repair and maintenance of cooling and heating systems, plumbing and water supply, electricity and lighting fixtures, and other equipment and supplies. Moreover, you’ll   be   in   charge   of   performing   routine   inspection, inventory, and documentation of these systems.   Providing sound leadership to boost results Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation is a responsibility that requires impeccable leadership skills. Prioritizing the facilities’ needs Working with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager, you’ll oversee the property’s day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered. Likewise, you’ll strive for continuous improvement in the process. You’ll also keep an eye out on the property’s supplies and ensure that it has adequate stocks and materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, you’ll manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients. In addition, you’ll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, and handling crisis management and business continuity plans. You’ll also be on top of health and safety issues that may arise, and actively participate in reviewing them. Also part of your mandate is to monitor the property’s budget. As the person in charge, you’ll make sure that there’s enough petty cash to support operations. You’ll also see to it that vendor invoice processes comply with standards. Going above and beyond expectations Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, you’ll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You’ll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements. In addition, you’ll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance. You’ll also be in charge of creating stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients.     Sound like you?
