Being a part of and leading the Social team you will be encouraging the team to adopt agile practices and continuous improvements. You will lead the end to end execution of all social media (organic) and online reputation management initiatives working with requesters around the globe.

 

Mapping business requirements

An essential part of your role will involve documenting all business processes, requirements, functional data, and operational reporting. You will be drive team utilization, manage production and prioritizing projects to aid the business requirements. Your key role would be to come up with solutions and approaches in a way to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the team.

 

Guiding teams

Being the person in charge, your overall support to ensure efficiency, consistency and timely delivery of projects will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, like Analytics, Marketing Automation, SEO, Content and Design. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, help streamline and craft effective campaign strategy and planning. You will bring to the team the industry best practices, skills and expertise.

We are looking at social media professionals with more than 5- 7 years of experience. The person should have eye for detail, able to work in a consulting role. Prior experience in social media publishing, reporting, and listening tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Radian6 etc is a requisite. A technical bent of mind with expertise in reporting is preferred. The person should be process driven, have superior written and communication skills with proven social media management experience across B2B & B2C

 

Immaculate knowledge

The person will be in charge of the social media accounts. He/she will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media accounts in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

  • A passion for social media, knows the industry best practices and is updated with the key trends
  • To play a consulting role to stakeholders to ensure best in class and industry standards is maintained
  • Keen eye for details and strong sense of social media governance
  • Ability to lead a team by example in knowledge and skill

  • Has exposure to social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Hubspot etc
  • Keen sense of social media metrics and reporting
  • Have prior experience in social media listening reports and ORM
  • Managing day-to-day interactions with the client & internal teams on any data requirement for the account
  • Designing and execution of social/digital campaigns that help in generating brand awareness, affinity for the brand and meet the desired results.
  • Content Planning and Creation for brand across platforms by coordinating with creative team and writing editorial copy.
  • Perform channel audits and reporting
  • Well versed on social analytics and exposed to social analytics tools.
  • Monitoring the campaign closely and taking effective actions after discussing the same with the client.
  • Monitoring social media trends and making an effective content plans for coming months and quarter.
  • Coordinating with Internal Teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Catering to New Customer requirements as required
  • Managing project based ad-hoc requirements of the client
  • Ensuring seamless project delivery (accuracy & timeliness) & effective client management
  • Executing tasks around client servicing like proactively responding to client requests, seeking feedback etc. 
  • Has a strong sense of work ethic and the ability to work under pressure,

 

Impeccable leadership

Superb writing and speaking abilities are must to succeed in this role. These skills will enable you to communicate with contributors,requesters, teams and stakeholders across the three different regions. Prior experience in team management, in a Global role or a MNC is a bonus. You should be comfortable in documenting business processes and best practices. It would be best if you were keen to work against tight deadlines while ensuring regular reporting.
